Business Central Project Accounting Pro Training

The Business Central Project Accounting Pro Training is an instructor-led course designed for teams that require deeper financial control and visibility across project-based work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This training extends core project execution into Work In Progress (WIP), cost and revenue recognition, and General Ledger integration, enabling participants to understand how project activity impacts financial statements and how to monitor project financial health using standard Business Central tools.

• Review project setup, tasks, and posting groups with an accounting lens

• Track and manage project costs from items, resources, and expenses

• Create and manage job and task-level budgets

• Record project usage via journals, purchases, and resource entries

• Allocate purchase costs directly to projects

• Capture labor using timesheets

• Invoice projects using job invoicing and batch billing

• Understand Work In Progress (WIP) concepts and calculation methods

• Calculate, post, and adjust WIP

• Analyze WIP dashboards and project financial reports
